Joseph Heler still produces all it's cheese by hand, on open tables. Still using only the finest local milk, sourced from specially selected dairy farms, treating each individual block of cheese made with the same care and attention as when the Heler family’s cheese making tradition began over a century ago.
All of their cheese is made by hand in their traditional dairy, matured for the time needed to develop the distinctive flavours and textures, and specially selected only when they are ready by expert cheese graders.
Made in the traditional way at our creamery, this versatile cheddar has a smooth texture and creamy taste that is ideal for everyday use.
