20 round pieces shortcrust pastry, a specially designed crunchy pastry, made from premium flour and vegetable fat. While baking, it does not rise but becomes crunchy and tasty like biscuit. It is suitable for sweet and savoury mini tarts, for crunchy mini pies and individual quiche lorraine and your own cooking and pâtisserie creations. Each item contains 2 individually sealed bags of 10 square pieces with a membrane in between so that they won’t stick during defrosting.
Storage instructions: Keep in freezer (max -18οC) *** until best before date (see side of packaging). If not kept in the freezer, use it on the day of purchase.
DEEP FROZEN PRODUCT
Defrosting instructions: Remove from packaging one or both bags (according to how many you want to use) and let it thaw at room temperature for at least 2 hours in its sealed packaging so that it won’t lose its moisture. Do not forget if you do not intend to use them all, to place them back immediately to the freezer before they defrost.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, vegetable margarine ([vegetable oils and vegetable fats {from corn, cottonseed, sunflower, coconut, rapeseed, soya and palm} and their fractions in varying proportions], water, salt, emulsifiers [mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids], vegetable lecithin [sunflower], colors [b-carotene, annatto], butter flavor), water, salt. This product was processed on machinery that was used to process products containing egg, milk, mustard and sesame.
